Payment Terms
50% deposit within 7 days of making the booking and full balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
- All cancellations must be made in writing to bookings@africandreamtour.com.
- 10% non-refundable booking fee for cancellations.
- 100% of total if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of deposit if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of deposit if cancelled 21 days prior to arrival.
- 25% of deposit if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
- 10% of deposit if cancelled 31+ days prior to arrival.
Postponements & Rescheduling
A booking may be moved once to an alternative date within the same year free of charge. Should booking be moved to the following year the difference in price will be added.
Refunds
No show, early departures, or departures due to medical conditions are non-refundable. Any authorized refunds will be made within 7 working days.
